Introduction
Touch football is a game player by two teams containing seven
players on each team. The aim is for the team to score the most try’s by a
player that’s in possession places the ball on or over their team's attacking
score line, without being touched. There are many fitness components and specific energy systems needed when playing touch. Based on this information I am required to construct a 50 Minute Training Drill that involves many training principles and training methods in relation to touch. This training session will improve the teams touch skills and energy systems and enhance their overall performance.
